Hi, I’m Kristin—a nurse and health enthusiast with a true passion for cooking. Since switching to a plant-based lifestyle, I’ve experienced incredible health benefits, and I’m excited to help others enjoy the same.
That’s why I started these live virtual cooking classes: to share easy, delicious plant-based recipes and make it simple for anyone to incorporate more wholesome, nourishing foods into their life.

Each month, I aim to host 2-3 classes. I will announce the exact dates as they’re scheduled, so be sure to register to receive updates and notifications about upcoming classes.
We’ll make a variety of delicious, plant-based meals, including easy weekday meals (30 minutes or less) and Sunday meal prep sessions where we’ll prepare 3-5 meals together. Expect hearty soups, fresh salads, and plant-based versions of classics like vegan mac and cheese, lasagna, and burgers!
Not at all! These classes are for anyone who wants to incorporate more plant-based foods into their diet. The recipes are easy to adapt for meat-eaters, so feel free to modify them based on your preferences or your family’s tastes.
Besides standard kitchen tools, I’ll occasionally use an instant pot, air fryer, blender, and food processor. For all classes, I recommend having a good chef’s knife for chopping vegetables. I’ll let you know in advance if any special equipment is needed for a specific class.
